Armed and Ready - MSG at Rock n' America?

Checking out Pollstar for Rock n' America bands yields a surprising treat: Michael Schenker Group! Even better, Pollstar has MSG playing the same day as the Scorpions! Now, wouldn't it be something to see Michael with the Scorps? I can't even tell you how much that would mean to me. In fact, seeing MSG is going to make the entire trip to Oklahoma City for me, so I really hope MSG is confirmed and the Pollstar listing isn't in error.

Tickets for Rock n' America are available now. Bands confirmed other than the Scorpions include RATT, Lita Ford, Enuff Z'Nuff, Bulletboys, Warrant and tons more.

Hopefully Michael keeps his shit together and you do get to see him join brother Rudolf on stage at Rock n' America Ally. That would be a truly awesome thing to witness!Michael is a truly awesome guitarist, he just tends to have some "personal problems" that tend to get in the way sometimes...

Armed And Ready is a great song, and ya gotta love Cozy Powell bringing the thunder on the drums on this version.

That'd be pretty cool to see Michael rejoin his brother and the Scorpions on this last tour for the Scorpions.

I'm not sure if I'd fly to Oklahoma for it, but if the tour came locally, I'd go...

Here's Michael w/ the Scorpions in Europe in 2006

Was he not on the "full list" you have already seen?

I heard he was sober. If he has it together, he'll shred 'em all alive. What a moment if he joins his brother and former bandmates on stage.

It would be the climax of this festival if that happens and it does seem logical that it would.

p.s. But I do agree with you, Glamrocker Archie, on your assessment of McAuley Schenker Group. In fact, I'll take it one step further... I think his best moment career-wise, besides "Lights Out"-era UFO, was McAuley Schenker Group's aptly titled, "Perfect Timing". Granted, though, if he is indeed "together" it would be great to see him together again with Scorpions since he was with them in the beginning ("Lonesome Crow") and would be on stage with his brother again. Of course, they could always flip it and Rudy could join Michael during MSG's set. Either way, it would be awesome and seems like it should go down, one way or the other, at this event.
