Switchblade Scarlett just wrapped up some tour dates, which included Rocklahoma. Now the band is celebrating the release of the video for the song "Little Hearts." The band is back on tour toward the end of the summer. Check out the clip!

I'm a big fan of this album.

That was horrible. Sounded really thin and really unoriginal. What is it with guys wearing bandanas as scarves? That is the 3rd video I have seen that in a month. Not a good look. I always love when you spotlight new acts but not this one.

at Geo 2 Thanks we really appreciate it, @ Scott Witt what the heck are you listening to this on that it sounded "Thin" you might want to consider buying new speakers. :)

I saw this band at Rocklahoma. I guess I should say I saw about 2 songs they played. I spent most of my time at the Retrospect Records stage and this band was the worst to play the stage.

At the beginning of this song the vocalist (term used lightly) sounds like he should be fronting a "boy band". Just my opinion.

They've got the right idea.

Keep writing and producing guys. It must be getting harder and harder to find riffs, hooks and licks that are fresh or used in fresh ways but it still happens. Look at Reckless Love and The Darkness, for example.

But you ROCK, so keep it up!

Metalboy + Geo RIGHT ON. Scott and Tracer... from the bottom of my heart FUCK YOU!.... I saw these kats at Rocklahoma as well... heck there is video of them on you tube... They TOTALLY slayed, but I guess if you are judging a good band on their ability to completely rip off bands from the 80's while not making relevant to todays music scene that than sure they suck... and you are clearly retarded (no offence to actual retards)

The album is amazing... so it the band, haters please go drink bleach and fist yourself

I too was at Rocklahoma and Switchblade Scarlet was one of my least favorite bands on the Retrospect stage. It doesn't make someone a "hater" because they have a different opinion than someone else. It is great to see newer bands still playing 80's influenced hard rock and glam but it doesn't mean that they are all good. There were a ton of great bands on the Retrospect Stage and I just didn't think Switchblade Scarlet was one of them.

Some of those bands that played the Retrospect stage that I did find to my liking were... Diemonds, Wildstreet, Sunset Riot, Hesser, Ragdoll, Black Tora, and The Glitterboys. The Retrospect stage also featured a few cool nation bands like Lillian Axe and Lynam.

I'll be waiting for a few of you to attack my taste and my opinion. In my opinion it is not worth arguing about.. I do not like the Switchblade Suicide release or their live show. For me there are a boatload of newer hard rock/glam bands that I would rather listen to.

Well said Rock-It I appreciate your opinion. I may not always agree with everyone's opinion here but you will not get any crap from me for posting.

I can't make to far into this video. Once the vocals kick in the song goes to hell. I prefer "Say Anything" over this one. I was looking at some live videos on Youtube and they sound horrendous. But that could just be they were taken with a cellphone and don't have great audio.

at Rock It... You Called them Switchblade Suicide...which is wrong are you sure you are not mixing them up with Pretty Little Suicide another band that played the festival----

there is plenty of great live video of them... like them playing with Scotty Hill of Skid row, and them closing out Rocklahoma with shook me all night long-

Diemonds is heinous live, their singer is to fucked up she can barely stand... it amazing sad

I just caught Switchblade Scarlett in Bowling Green last night. They put on an awesome show! Thier songs kept us on our feet the whole time, great riffs, very catchy hooks and the singer was really good. They have a lot of energy and put on a great stage show, to top that off, they are a really fun and great bunch of guys. Can't wait til they get up around Buffalo NY! I am definately buying thier LP!
