Frankie Banali Will Cook For You as Part of Charity Auction Win
If you live in or around Los Angeles, you might be interested in a charity auction in support of Animal Advocates Alliance. You could win a dinner for you and your friends... cooked by Quiet Riot drummer Frankie Banali.
Here's the listing details:
His hard hitting, deep pocket, heavy rock drumming was a mainstay of the 80s LA rock scene, but Frankie Banali the person and the drummer goes much deeper than the grooves he plays with Quiet Riot, W.A.S.P. or any number of bands you may have heard him with on over 100 recordings. He's is a huge animal lover and is also "famous" for his cooking!
Frankie's father was Sicilian and his mother was from Spain. He was raised a connoisseur of food and has been cooking for as long as he can remember. He has recipes in several cookbooks and is currently working on his own cookbook of Sicilian and Spanish cooking. The winner of this package will have a home cooked meal, prepared in your home (Los Angeles area only) for up to six guests. He will also throw in some signed memorabilia and two tickets and backstage passes to a future Quiet Riot show!
Around 9 p.m. ET on Saturday night, the auction was sitting at $500. Happy bidding!
