The latest new video to grace our computer screens comes by way of Tesla. The band just released a clip for the song "So Divine." The track is from the brand new album Simplicity.

I'd rather eat a McBarfwich with Cheese than ever listen to these clowns ever again.

And come the next Monsters of Rock Cruise, you can be damn sure I will be powernappin' during TeslUGH!'s performances.

These guys have always been a hit or miss with me. Mechanical Resonance, The Great Radio Controversy, Five Man Acoustical Jsm, and the greatest hits is all I can get into. The rest is just meh, kinda bland.

Aw, C'mon! I thought it was actually a pretty decent song.
Frank Hannon's always been pretty good at taking a fairly simple acoustic fingering & making it sound interesting.

I'll take this over some de-tuned down to C sludge rock, any day!

I really liked that song. It had variation and a cool ending. I haven't bought any Tesla since the 1st 3 albums, but that may change. Plus after seeing them at M3 this year, I'm interested again.

I love everything Tesla does. As far as performance, they bring it everytime. Saw them open for the Scorpions a few years back, blew the Scorpions off the stage.

Huge Tesla fan here. Despite MB's inane, derivative ramblings against them, there are still plenty of Tesla fans out there.

I will admit that I am more partial to the older, classic material than the newer stuff, although I did like 'Into the Now'. This track is decent, and will fit into their live show just fine.

Look, we all know what we're going to get with Tesla. Straight-ahead hard rock, with an occasional acoustic or bluesy edge. These guys have been doing it for nearly 30 years, and they still deliver the goods live. How they got lumped into the "hair metal/glam" category in the first place is beyond me. Plus, Jeff Keith's voice is not what it used to be - but who's voice is these days?

Long live Tesla!

Inane and derivative? Sounds like your describing Tesla's music, too!

This is what makes America great the ability to agree to disagree. I know MB is not a fan but Frank Hannon can wail. His guitar work has always inspired me. Jeff's voice is fading but he is hanging on.. I like it and will probably buy it.

TESLA knocks another one out of the park.

One of the better and most consistent live rock bands in existence, these guys have never put out a bad song.

Saw them last month and they killed it, as they did when I first saw them in 1989.

Metalboy! your insight loses itself when you spew pure drivel. Just hating a band to hate them is below you. 4 out of 5 original members, been rocking for 28 years between Mechanical Resonance to this album.

Not much has changed, as Billy Joel would say - Still rock n roll to me. Please oh please find me a band that has a span of 28 years of albums and not have some "bland" as DJ so eloquently put it. Please... name a band. Its not possible.

They are straight up rock n roll. And to give the insight that they aren't any good live ?? Seriously Gator couldn't of hit it more on the head of inane, derivative ramblings as describing your insight.

Saw The Mighty Tesla last night at Irving Plaza in NYC, they were incredible!!!! 2 1/2 hours of solid kick ass rock! 3 new songs all sounded awesome! They were great on the MOR cruises but really brought it last night! Waited around a bit and got to talk to the band. Great bunch of dudes, Hannon couldnt have been more gracious. He bought a round for the Ripper and his lady. Definetely buy the new album and support this great band! Long live the mighty Tesla! They will be the resident band on all MOR cruises! Yeaaa Booooy!

Boys, boys, boys...I'm pretty sure that mb always disses tesla as a way to mock yours truly, since I tend to do the same thing every time someone mentions her former lead guitarist.

Which, btw, is one of the reasons I sent her a congratulatory card afterward. I always said that mb could be so much bigger, but I guess she never heard those rumors.
