Bret Michaels Records 'Jingle Bells'

Believe it or not but Bret Michaels has never recorded a Christmas song... until now. On November 17, Michaels will release "Jingle Bells" and you can buy it on all digital platforms. Apparently, Bret wants to do an entire holiday album next year.

Of all the Glam stars we love, I think Bret is the most logical to record a holiday album. Such albums are very commercial, easily marketable and appealing to casual fans. All things Bret loves.

Indeed, Boyz! Hilarious commercial for Geico with the “Heavy Metal” Triangle soloist stepping out from the orchestra.

One thing’s for sure, “Brett Michaels’ rendition of “Jingle Bells” will be of equal hilarity. The only difference is, the laugh will be on him!

Nevertheless, I will surely add it to the “pile” of Hair Metal and Heavy Metal Christmas songs to play while I decorate my chrome Christmas Tree this year!

Yes that commercial kills me - The actor really does the solo justice! As far as Brett goes I can only imagine what it wil sound like. Gary ho ho Hoey is still one of my favorite xmas musicians.

I want my family to learn how to play "November Rain." I want to play the piano, my wife, the drums, my son plays violin, my younger daughter takes voice lessons, and my older daughter wanted to know her role, so I assigned her the triangle. She asked, "Like in the commercial?"

Like I've always said Brett is the watered down Gene Simmons money machine. We make fun of it (including myself) but he gets the last laugh all the way to the bank.
Just wish that energy went into a new poison album that wasn't titled Greatest Hits.

Bret is amazing in his ability to find new & interesting ways to embarass himself & literally erase any legacy his career might have held... Maybe he could do something with Miley Cyrus... Oh wait, he already did that... Maybe he could star in a Hannah Montana re-boot? He's already got the wig for it.

I say that he should stay away from jiggle bells and record, I saw mommy kissing santa claus, instead. that song is much more, up his alley.
