Ohio's Alrosa Villa For Sale

It was always creepy going into the Alrosa Villa in Columbus, Ohio after Dimebag was murdered there. No barricade and messages splashed on the bathroom stall walls. Now the Alrosa Villa is for sale for $1.2 million. The club has a weird layout in my opinion but $1.2 million seems fair for a commercial building of this size. It will be interesting to see what comes of this place.

Looking at the real estate PDF, I see the bathroom stalls were painted. I guess the realtor told the owners to cover up the messages. It would be neat if someone bought this place and spruced it up for modern times and kept on bringing national rock shows to Ohio.
