Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp Offers Remote Masterclasses

Rock and Roll Fantasy Camp offers once-in-a-lifetime experiences for amateur musicians to play with real rockstars, but the price is crazy for the experience. The pandemic put those traditional "camps" on the back-burner and now folks can do "masterclasses" with celebs in a Zoom format.

I noticed these were offered over the summer but I didn't give it much thought because I assumed the price was astronomical. Turns out, some masterclasses are as cheap as $50. Tomorrow, Frank Hannon of Tesla will do a masterclass. Seats are $150. Sebastian Bach will do one on Thursday and that one will set you back $300. The thing about these remote classes is that non-musicians can take part, ask questions and get something from the experience. Might be something to consider, especially if you are looking for a unique gift for someone special who loves music.
