News Of The Week Roundup: Week 50, 2021
It was a really long and busy week for me work-wise and I spent most of yesterday just plain wiped out. I can't believe Christmas is next weekend. I've spent today running errands, watching football and trying (unsuccessfully) to ignore yet another day of chronic sinus pressure killing me ear canal.
For now, the news update is going to be short and sweet. I can't be the only person feeling burned out and exhausted these days. The Onion basically summed it all up for me:

COVID-19 Omicron is just grim. The cases double like every three days or something. Lots of new restrictions to go with the infections.
