Epic Glam Live

Blabbermouth shared this clip and I just have to share it too. Anything with Michael Monroe is good in my book, but add in Slash and well, it's just awesome.

Monroe and Slash jammed at the Whisky a Go Go in Hollywood last night. Slash and Monroe covered "Magic Carpet Ride" for the Coneheads soundtrack in the early 90s. (I've never seen the movie). Here's their 2025 version:

OMG!, Allyson!

Thank you for posting this!

Now, THAT is what I call “ROCK n’ f*ckin’ ROLL”!!!

Those guys should form a band together!

I mean, I get the Gn’R gravy train, Slash, but look, Axl’s voice is nary a whisper like Don Dokken these days, so surely you could squeeze in another side project in like that!

p.s. Now if Jan Wenner would just kick off already, maybe the likes of Hanoi Rocks could at least have a chance to get in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame!

How dare you wish wennner kicked off.

But, seriously, if he did... who would get nominated first? Who'd win?

Hanoi Rocks

Saw him in Columbus a week or so ago. Had a smile on my face the whole show. Band was tight, Michael was terrific. Great setlist. The only downside was the size of the crowd. I shouldn't have been surprised thinking back on it. Too bad more people didn't get to see suck a great rock show and legend.
