A Metal Reminder For Self Care

Metal Hammer recently interviewed Chris Motionless of Motionless in White. The band is on the cover of the current issue to celebrate its 20th anniversary and new album, Decades. The most important lesson from the interview is in the excerpt below. Basically, take care of yourself, folks.

I feel like I’ve been running on fumes myself here lately. Taking care of everyone and everything and working nonstop. Famous or not. Rich or not. Exhaustion comes for everyone at some point. Remember to take a break and enjoy the ride - and the music.
And yes, you probably don’t like Motionless in White if you’re reading this site. But I am a big fan, and I have to say they were amazing at Sonic Temple back in May. I want to see them again.
