L.A. Guns Announce Album, Tour

I love cats so calling an album Leopard Skin is pretty cool! L.A. Guns will release that new album next year and hit the road in support of the new work, too. I hope Ohio gets dates in the second leg.

'Run Rudolph Run' - The Philly Specials & Bon Jovi

Here's a new holiday tune for you: Jon Bon Jovi has teamed up with The Philly Specials for a cover of "Run Rudoplh Run." The song was originally recorded by Chuck Berry in 1958 and it is one of the most remade Christmas tunes of all time.

Joe Perry, Cheap Trick and Hanoi Rocks have covered the song too.

Puritanical - 'All I Want For Black Mass'

Just in case you were in the mood for the some black Metal Christmas-type music. Puritanical has got your back with a video for "All I Want For Black Mass." I have to admit, I chuckled. The song is part of a three tune EP called Through the Snows by the indie act.

'Horizon' - New Nickelback Video

At 10 am ET, Nickelback premiered a video for their latest single "Horizon." The track is on the album Get Rollin.'

Honestly I was surprised to see another video for this latest album since it has been out for over a year, but I don't think the same rules apply in the music industry anymore. When you have as much money and fame as Nickelback, you can do whatever you want basically.

"Horizon" is a classic-type Nickelback song with a slower tempo and catchy hooks. It's good.

MTV Was Cool - Even During The Christmas Season

Thank goodness for the Facebook page "Nightmare Nostalgia!" A recent post brings us a jewel from Christmas 1988.

Zakk Wylde and Ozzy Osbourne hosting Headbanger's Ball - all decked out in holiday glory. Love it... and I bet I watched this live back in the day, too.

Michael Monroe U.S. Tour, Tickets On Sale

Just a reminder that the most Glam of them all - Michael Monroe - will be in the U.S. this spring.

He's doing a short tour in April and tickets are on sale now. I can't believe one of the stops is actually in Ohio. Are you going to any of these shows?

The Darkness, 'I Hate Myself' - New Track

The Darkness are back with new music! "I Hate Myself" is a song from their upcoming album Dreams on Toast, due March 28th. This is a fun song and catchy as hell. I dig it.
