A Little History of a Beloved Cinderella Tune

Long Cold Winter is my favorite Cinderella album. It includes my very favorite song from the band which is “The Last Mile.” Some of my other faves from the album are “Bad Seamstress Blues,” “If You Don’t Like It” and the title track.

I have the album on vinyl - and every other format.

Today I was delighted to see frontman Tom Keifer share the handwritten lyrics to “Long Cold Winter.” I never realized Tom wrote the song on a hot day! This is the kind of content that social media was made for - the fan interactions are great. In the past, you could only see history like this on the walls of the Hard Rock Cafe or something. Good stuff.
