Farewell Phil Campbell
This one is a shock, and it sucks.
Motorhead guitarist Phil Campbell has passed. It seems he never fully recovered from a “complex major operation” and was in the hospital for a long time. Campbell was 64.
Campbell joined Motorhead in 1984 and was a member until founder Lemmy Kilmister died in 2015, after which the act disbanded. How has Lemmy been gone more than a decade now?
Campbell’s death means drummer Mikkey Dee is the last “long-term” member of Motorhead still with us.
