Go Ahead - Audition For Quiet Riot
Singer Jizzy Pearl announced yesterday his plans to leave Quiet Riot. Now the band is looking for a new vocalist. Apparently, they are open to anyone interested.
I honestly don’t know how I feel about this, but I am leaning toward “retire the name already.” With the original members gone, does it make sense to have Quiet Riot touring? I suppose it is easier to get gigs as Quiet Riot rather than “Joe’s Rando Bar Band” but still.
Maybe QR can do an (apparently) endless search for a new singer like Skid Row. Make it a contest or whatnot.
All Quiet Riot shows will go on as planned as Jizzy notes in his Facebook post below.
