Joel Hoekstra's 13, ‘You Can Give’ — New Track

Joel Hoekstra’s 13 will release a new album via Frontiers called From The Fade on February 27, 2026.

“You Can Give” is one of the tracks on that new album, and an official video is now out to promote the song. You can watch below.

I wonder if we should consider 13 a side project at this point? Whitesnake is done, so Hoekstra’s duties there are no longer needed. Trans-Siberian Orchestra is winding down its busy season, so surely that will mean more time for Hoekstra to focus on 13 in the months ahead.

From The Fade will be 13’s fourth album.
