Long Cold Winter

Well, we got a foot of snow at my house as of 11 a.m. local time with more coming. I hope everyone who “loves winter” is having their fill of fun because I’ve had enough of this cold, dark, depressing season to last the rest of my lifetime at this point.

Football is on today, and I have a full Kindle with titles to read. I’m lucky and happy I don’t have to leave the house.

The first thing I thought of when I looked outside this morning was “Winter’s Call” by Badlands. I mean, there’s no other song for today, right? Except maybe Cinderella’s “Long Cold Winter.”
