Now I Want To Go To Universal Orlando For Halloween
I’ve done Disney World for Halloween. Well, the Magic Kingdom. There’s an event called Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party held over several nights. It’s a special, ticketed event. People do dress up, including the park characters, but it is definitely kid friendly.
I love all things Halloween, so seeing big, theatrical decorations like Disney and Universal can pull off is my jam. Like Disney’s event, I assume this Universal one will sell out multiple nights, so plan in advance. Universal calls their annual event “Halloween Horror Nights.”
Apparently, Sharon Osbourne and the rest of the family worked directly with the theme park to design the haunted house which is cool as hell. The haunted house will bring Ozzy’s music to life. There is a statute of Ozzy on a big throne, too. There’s also a nod to that time Ozzy bit into a bat.
The haunted house attraction opens at Universal Orlando Resort on August 28 and at Universal Studios Hollywood on September 3.
