lynam.jpgNew music alert! My favorite southern rockers Lynam have just posted new music from their upcoming release Tragic City Symphony.

You can hear hear "Lyndsay Says," "Disappointment," and "Just Say Anything" by clicking

Here's a live video of my boys performing "Better" from their album Slave to the Machine.

Lynam is a great band. Their other album "Slave To The Machine", is amazing. And the new songs on their MySpace page sound pretty good too! I can't wait to get this one!

I thought Black Stone Cherry was your favourite southern band ? Lynam is pretty good tho, I bought the CD after you reviewed it.

LOL -- nope, it's Lynam.

I actually just went back to my Jackyl/BSC review to make sure I didn't refer to the Kentuckians as my favorite southern band. I did not. There's something about Lynam I can't must be the cross between the amazing songwriting, guitar playing and good looks that has me under a spell.

Of course, I'm a sucker for any man with long hair and a guitar...

I think I read somewhere that Tom Keifer had something to do with this band. Is this true and if so what or am I imagining I read it? Surfing the net and this strong white cider often don't mix!
