Faster Pussycat Friday

It's Friday and it's been a really odd week. I was cruising YouTube, looking for some fun glam. I found two great Faster Pussycat clips that I haven't seen in a very long time.

The first is the video for "Nonstop to Nowhere." The band looks so hot in this clip.

Now here's the video for "Don't Change That Song."

Which do you prefer? I think I like the first clip a little more.

LOVE Faster Pussycat..I saw them open for Motley Crue on the DR. Feelgood tour and they rocked!!!..I wish Taime and Brent would make up and reform the original line up again..I loved these guys. Thanks for the videos Allyson and talk to you soon...Joe

Seeing as two of the people I love most in the world are in the video for "Don't Change That Song", I gotta go with that one :)

And that's not even counting the band or Russ Meyer!

Well, technically, Russ only directed. But you know what I mean!

The first video isn't working anymore. Could you maybe replace it with a link that works? I would love to see the clip!

Both videos continue to work for me, from two different computers and thus different IP addresses.

Perhaps try refreshing the page?

I've been a huge FP fan since I was about 14 (now-a-days, take that times 2 and add 4), so this is awsome! I have memories of my best friend and I watching the local pay-for-play video station, always waiting for 'don't change that song' to come on...and then we would sing it word-for-word :) Or the days I spent learning the lyrics to 'Slip of the Tongue' cause I suck at lyrics....*laughs*...thanks for the memories :)

Mmh. That's really odd, the clip is not working for me. I will go to YouTube and try it directly. Usually I don't have any problems playing their vids.

FP is one of the most underrated bands in the music industry. Their debut is one of my "if I was to be stranded on an island and could have only 5 discs"

Nonstop to Nowhere is great.... cool look for the vid.

FP was good at what they did. I even like their new industrial stuff.

Greg Steele and Mark Michaels--where are they now?
Eric Stacey wasn't he in the Coma-Tones & Bubble for awhile? Maybe Bring Back Glam can help bring those cats back.

I think I like alot of Danny Nordahl's old groups better than the Nu Pussycat. Ronnie Sweetheart from the Throbs has a new band that's pretty cool called Strip Club Devils all glam fans should hear.
I think his Myspace is www.myspace.com/ronniesweetheart
and there's a kickass new NY LOOSE compilation available at
www.sleazegrinder.com CHEERS,PEPSI!

Thank you for posting these! I have NEVER seen either of them before. Love love loved this band when (like the other poster here) I was about 13, and I'm experiencing a renaissance of that love. Oh Taime, you are so hot. Maybe he'll read this and ask me to marry him.
