Trixter, 'Tattoos & Misery' -- New Video

Can you believe it?! It's 2012 and Trixter has a new album and music video! Trixter will release New Audio Machine via Frontiers Records today! To celebrate that release, the band made a video for the album's first single, called "Tattoos & Misery."

The song sounds a lot like Sleeze Beez, "Stranger Than Paradise."

Same here, not bad at all. Love the chorus -- very catchy.

I'm not sure about this yet. So far, I really don't care for it. And what is with the fat drummer? My man really needs to get on the subway diet before they tour. He looks like he is playing on a childs kit.

Surprised as hell about how good the song is. Got it off Itunes last weekend and its been stuck in my head ever since. Had their first two cassettes which were quite uneven. Probably will get the album as I heard the samples on Amazon. Surprise of the year that's for sure. Comments about the drummer's weight are so unneeded.

I like this song,,,catchy chorus...and Jeff, get off Gus' back,,he was always a husky kid,,even back in the day..at least he's still playin, makin music in a world known band...What have you ever done? Do I know your name or for that matter, your band???..sounds like sour grapes and a bit-o-jealousy my friend!

Thought the same thing when I was in the middle of watching this!

Unfrickin' believably GREAT!

Hated this band with a passion up until the very moment I pressed play on this vid! I always thought they were competent and professional musicians since I saw them on the main stage at M3 a couple of years ago but always week on the songwriting.

Allyson may hear Sleez Beez. I actually hear a song Cheap Trick would be jealous of and if the latter were at all smart, they would cover it immediately.

Kudos to this band for delivering their best recording since their cover of "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" in !994, their only good song since up until now.

Flabergastingly remarkable.

I'm in shock!

And it's a good thing. Proof positive that it's never too late.

Sounded great I hope it does well for them.. I can't remember the guitar players name but it was really great to see and hear some shredding in there. I will probably buy this one.

I saw these guys a year ago in their hometown. They put on a kickass show for a small venue and played for a long time. Was looking forward to their new stuff and it's pretty darn good. I was razzing metalboy awhile back; glad to see you like the new stuff.

Chugging along verses. A catchy as all hell chorus, with a huge hook. And an actual smoking guitar solo. Damn, whats not to like?? And Shawn, if I remember correctly said guitarists name is Steve Brown?

Oper8n! Keep razzin' cuz I wanna razz these guys for waiting 22 years to do something good (besides that more than competent cover of "Dirty Deeds").

When I saw that they were on Frontiers, I realized why the video looked somewhat familiar. Basically the same look as the one from Beggars and Thieves. I just wish they would have had the same wardrobe person. The drummer is a big guy but you can work around that. Trust me I know. Sadly. That and the bandana around the guitarist neck looks ridiculous.
