Meat Loaf Collapses On Stage... And Vocals Continue

Meat Loaf fainted during a show in Edmonton, Canada Thursday night and now he's recovering well. I'm sure you've seen the video of the incident by now. Sadly, the vocals continued even after Meat Loaf hit the ground. So is he not singing live anymore? Or just using the vocals for a little extra help? And the bigger question - does anyone really sing live anymore? It seems like every show uses backing tracks. Makes me crazy... and sad.
