I'll Admit It: I'm Stunned
So when Def Leppard and Motley Crue officially announced a stadium tour, I was skeptical. Would they really be able to sell enough tickets at sky high prices to make this thing work? Apparently the answer is yes. Many of the venues are already at near sell-out capacity, including the show at Chicago's Wrigley Field, which is where I wanted to see this all happen. I was not able to secure enough tickets together, either during pre-sale or general on-sale, so now I will play the waiting game until August when all the band holds and other promotional tickets are dumped. VIP packages are available of course and I absolutely refuse to pay those prices. But good for everyone who was able to score seats. I guess this really is the tour of the summer.
