Hagan - 'Be Your Lover'

Here's an obscure one for you: Hagan and their song "Be Your Lover." The video is from the band's 1986 demo and is included on the release Lost U.S. Jewels Vol. 11 featuring HAGAN via Steelheart records.

Def Leppard Kicks-Off Summer Tour (Setlist)

Def Leppard, Journey and Cheap Trick kicked-off their Summer Stadium Tour last night. YouTube clips of the show are popping up quickly. I was most interested to see the Leps setlist. It makes me happy that "Just Like '73" made it in and so did "This Guitar."

I think the placement of "Hysteria" is interesting being smashed between two fast songs - but maybe that is to give Joe Elliott's voice a break before the big finale.

Here's "Just Like '73" live:

Dirty Honey, 'Don't Put Out The Fire' (Live)

New Dirty Honey video! The band just released a live clip of their song "Don't Put Out The Fire" from Milan, Italy. This is bloody incredible song and great clip, too.

I still haven't seen Dirty Honey live... hopefully it will happen at least by the end of next year.

Riley's L.A. Guns Announce 'New' Track

So this is interesting: Riley's L.A. Guns will release "The Ballad of Jayne" on August 2. This will be an acoustic version of the L.A. Guns classic tune. Riley's version will also release a 7" vinyl of the song.

I'm not exactly sure what the goal is here since Steve Riley died back in October. So without him... why keep the band going? Of course bass player Kelly Nickels is a member of this band. In a perfect world, he would go back to L.A. Guns with Phil Lewis and Tracii Guns but the world isn't perfect, so...
