A Good Message To Remember
I always get a little sad on the first of August. I love the month overall, but turning the page from July means summer is coming to an end and it will be cold and dark again before you know it. Fall is great for football, Halloween, and sweaters, but I still prefer ample sunshine, outdoor concerts, and tank tops.
Bret Michaels seems to be recuperating well after his kidney stone surgery. I will say his face looks a little thin, even with the facial hair. Guess he is giving himself a shaving break while resting!
So yes, live in the moment, continue to enjoy the summer (for those in the same hemisphere as me!) and rock on. There’s no better summer music than Poison, and I will die on that hill.
