Yes, Bon Jovi Is Still An Active Band

Drummer Tico Torres took to social media today to post a video of himself explaining that no, he hasn’t retired from music and no, Bon Jovi as a band hasn’t retired either. “Jonny, me, we’re all still making music,” Torres says at one point in the clip. You can also see him guffaw as he says “he doesn’t know where these things (rumors) get started.”

At any rate, I’m glad to know that Bon Jovi, as a band, still does exist. Not that I thought they had retired, mind you. But I have seen the online rumors and all the panic about Jon Bon Jovi’s voice and how he can’t tour anymore. Like everything else in life, I guess we will just have to wait and see regarding any future live shows and tours.

I still find it interesting that Torres made the video to bat down the retirement rumors. Means the band must have been getting sick of all the calls and concern trolls.
