Michael Monroe Suffers Injury, Tour Dates Cancelled

Singer Michael Monroe has a torn meniscus which sounds terrible. The master of Glam was supposed to tour with Buckcherry starting next month, but that’s off now. According to the announcement below, Monroe can’t tour for at least three months.

A meniscus tear is common and involves the cartilage around the knee being twisted. Basically your knee goes one way, and the foot doesn’t follow. It isn’t clear if this tear was degenerative damage (age) or result of acute trauma. No matter the cause, I wish Michael Monroe a swift recovery.

Buckcherry is now taking a few different support acts out on the road with them including Nashville Pussy.
