Iron Maiden Announce EddFest

Well, this looks epic.

Iron Maiden has been teasing a big announcement for a few days now. Today the legends announced EddFest. It will take place July 10 and 11 in Knebworth, UK.

This is to celebrate Maiden’s 50th anniversary.

Other bands on the fest include Airbourne, The Darkness and more. There’s going to be a museum of sorts and special bar too.

Maiden plays on the 11th (Saturday) and camping is available. Tickets are on sale - I can’t imagine they will last long. People have been buying tickets for the Maiden celebration for quite some time. Creating this whole fest weekend has come about more recently. I think you need a camping ticket to see both days - but you don’t actually have to camp. If you want to go, read all the details and fine print. There’s lots of logistics here.
