‘Kashmir’ - Remastered

Yes, there’s a remastered version of “Kashmir” out now. Led Zeppelin released the remaster and a new visualizer video in support of the 50th anniversary of their masterpiece Physical Graffiti. A 50th anniversary 3LP edition of the album is due September 12.

The band is also releasing a new live EP that same day. Simply called Live E.P. features four tracks that were released in 2003 as part of a DVD package. All the tracks on this live album were from concerts at either Earls Court (1975) or Knebworth (1979). This is the first pressing of the live tracks for vinyl, digital and CD.

Considering “Kashmir” is one of the top 10 rock songs of all time, I will always stop and listen – especially if the sound is punched up like it is here.
