‘Lay Your Hands On Me’

I love this.

Of all the tributes from fellow musicians, I think this is my favorite. Guitarist Richie Sambora shared a video of a time he shared the stage with Dolly Parton and she covered the Bon Jovi classic “Lay Your Hands On Me.”

The performance was back in 2014 during during the Glastonbury Festival of Contemporary Performing Arts.

Dolly made the song sound gospel, country and rock all at once.
