M3 Rock Festival Set Times Announced

M3 Rock Festival is coming back to Columbia, Maryland this year and promises three days of music. No dates or bands yet, but M3 has historically been the first weekend of May. I assume the announcement of Boardwalk Rock yesterday pushed the preemptive post below.
I guess we will know soon enough.
Where did the time go? The 15th annual M3 Rock Festival is set for May 4 and 5 at Merriweather Post Pavilion, near Baltimore.
Headliners include Bret Michaels with Dee Snider (!) and Queensryche, Night Ranger and Stephen Pearcy. Other bands on the bill include Aldo Nova (!), Faster Pussycat and Last In Line, plus more. I think it is good the fest went back to two days because three was just a bit much - really seemed to water down the days.
Tickets on sale Friday! Prices range from $90 - $275 according to the Merriweather website.
Also, Loudness is not on the festival bill anymore - and no replacement has been announced (yet).
Bands include STYX, KIX, Slaugher, Winger, Great White, Extreme, Loudness, Child's Play and more. See the poster below for all the acts. Two-day tickets are on sale Friday via Ticketmaster (ugh!). The event is right after the Monsters of Rock Cruise and many of the bands are the same, which makes sense from a booking point-of-view. It would be nice to know pricing but apparently that information has not yet been released.
I spent the day away from home, visiting my parents for the holiday. Now that I am home, I am going to pour through YouTube for more M3 Rock Festival videos. That's our Sunday's Best for this week.
So far, I have found some nice clips of Tom Keifer, Blue Oyster Cult and all of Lizzy Borden's set! See below. All clips are from the same YouTuber named Jeff Perlin, so thanks and props to him!
