There’s a reason Appetite is one of the highest selling albums of all time. In fact, it’s the best selling debut album in American history, which is wild when you think of the content. The 80s were all about rock music, of course, but pop has always been bigger and more accessible in this country. That just makes Appetite’s popularity even better, doesn’t it?
