The Sample of the New Whitesnake is Awesome

Oh my Glam! The new Whitesnake song "Love Will Set You Free" is awesome. So far, the band has only released a 90 second sample, but I love it! The song will be on the new album Forevermore which I think is a great title. The new record will be out March 29 via Frontiers. It's heavily rumored Whitesnake will headline M3, and I think that's a great possibility, especially considering the new album and tour. Forevermore is probably the top album I'm looking forward to this year...only a couple more months to go!

The full single and video for "Love Will Set You Free" will be released February 21.

Whitesnakes last studio release was hands down the best release from a band of that genre in the last 5 years...very excited for this release as well.

Getting Doug Aldrich into his band was probably one of the smartest thinks Mr. Coverdale has ever done.Guy is a beast and writes killer hooks. Add Reb Beach to the mix and dammit thats a whole lot of talent. Coverdale has a knack for always having smoking good players. John Sykes,Steve Vai,Adrian Vandenberg,Vivian Campbell,Warren DeMartini. Guy knows how to pick them! Looking forward to this release....

If Whitesnake is a "headliner" at M3 as speculated, it will be rockin' killer!

But I see 'em as more of a semi-headliner, not THE headliner, like Scorpions was last year.

Personally, I think last year's M3 is gonna be hard to top. I mean, come on! Kix, Cinderella and Scorpions?

I actually think Cinderella topped Scorps even tho Scorps had top billing. That's the kind of bill you want to hear!

Wow! That was pretty awesome! Looking foward to hearing the whole cd. I lost a lot of interest in Whitesnake when Coverdale parted ways with Sykes so long ago and became, more a less, a solo act with side men but this track sounds great; enough so to make me want to give them another chance.
