Trans-Siberian Orchestra, 'Christmas Canon Rock'

More Christmas music. Today, Trans-Siberian Orchestra! Here's "Christmas Canon Rock." I love it, and that says a lot, because I don't really care for much holiday music at all.

Savatage has certainly come a long way....lol. If you've never witnessed these folks live,do yourself a huge favor and change that. They are hands down, besides 1970's Kiss, the best live show I've ever been to. The musicianship is beyond compare, and the stage show will blow you out of the water.if your in the Eastern US, go just to hear Chris Caffrey and Al Pitrelli melt your face with the guitar. The closest I could compare those 2 to is KK and Glen from Judas Priest, they're that good.

Gary, I had the pleasure of seeing Savatage near where I grew up at Network in Pasadena, Maryland (KIX old stomping grounds about 20 minutes from Baltimore) back in the day.

I missed Trans Siberian Orchestra when they played Amway Center in Orlando, where I live now. I'll be sure to catch them next year based on your recommendation.

On a side note, I know they don't need the money because they make such a killing between Thanksgiving and Christmas but don't ya kinda wish they would tour as Savatage once in a while in the off season?

"The Hall Of The Mountain King"! What a killer band!

Savatage rules. I had never had the pleasure of seeing them. But I really love the Edge Of Thorns album. And as far as the Trans Siberian Orchestra goes, they come here at least once a year and play like two or three shows. Around this time of year I miss all the great shows. I missed Guns N Roses a couple years ago, I wanted to go because I have never seen em. Oh well I will try again next year.

Saw TSO with my wife and kids in Springfield, MO two years ago and they put on a great show. Didn't realize they were Savatage; I'll have to check them out. Thanks. Merry Christmas, everyone.
