p.s. One of my best "Metal" Memories was seeing 'em when Ginger was still in the band back in 1990 at the Bay Street Theatre in Sag Harbor in The Hamptons, NY. The equally incomparable Electric Angels opened. And Ginger punched a guy in the audience then kept playing. Bada*s, Inc.

I'm jealous Metalboy!. That must have been some show. I finally got to see The Wildhearts this past summer, they did two nights in NYC, w/ Ginger's solo band opening both - couple of the best shows I've ever been to in over 25 years.

Hey, Jack, I'M JEALOUS! A buddy of mine, Mr. Pink and his wife and another dude I know, Rockin' Johnny, were at those same shows in NYC and told me the same thing! Absolutely astonishing from all reports! I only wish I could have been there for BOTH! Ginger is a LIVING LEGEND!

Always liked this band - saw them at the Marquee in London about 1989 - great live show.

Saw Spike & the boys many times in the early days - great live band, they were also frequent visitors to the Newcastle Mayfair rock nights.
