This Is Glam: Santa Cruz 'Relentless Renegades' -- New Video

Santa Cruz will release their full-length debut album Screaming For Adrenaline on April 26th. The band's first video is below, for the song "Relentless Renegades."

In case you're wondering, Santa Cruz is from Finland.

Man, Finland, Sweden.....some pretty great stuff coming out of there, too bad main stream America couldn't handle music like this and gets ignored while pushing the Gaga's and Beebers of the world.

Thinkin' the exact same thing, Darktown. If someone was smart they'd get these guys, Hardcore Superstar, The Treatment, Imperial State Electric, Pompei Nights, Sister, Crash Diet, Reckless Youth, Dynazty, The Poodles and whoever else you're going to tell me I forgot (Please do -- I can't get enough of this stuff!) and gather them all up and have them simultaneously traverse the U.S. touring separately, criss crossing the country until Rock & Roll is rebuilt in this country.

They can all launch from stints up and down The Sunset Strip (or what's left of it) like tee times at Pebble Beach before setting across this once great nation, spreading the word of "The Church of Rock & Roll".

I mean, who do we got? Black Veil Brides? Sure, they're great. But we need more and the Swedish and Finnish stuff is pure Glam Metal. THAT'S what we need to see more of over here.

About the only thing that can save us now is "The Swedish Invasion". I say, "Bring It!"

p.s. I've been seeing the import of the new Santa Cruz CD trading on Ebay for over $100 for over a month now, I sure am glad it's being released domestically at the end of April.

Now this is more like it.
Not bad at all. One suggestion, Re-Mix. If you're going to stand out, and do those sumptuous gang vocals, boost them above the guitar tracks so they can be heard. Same goes for the LV. Who's releasing their record domestically?

There are a ton of bands like this that are just waiting to be discovered. As surprising as it seems.. this is one of the bands that just seems average to me. This new release is not quite as good as the first EP.

Geez, is it 1990 again and no one told me? Not too shabby.

Nice. Ear and eye candy. What more could a girl ask for?

Sure brings back memories of the good old days.

Its better than I excpected. The last video I saw of them was that god-awful Anthem For The Young and The Restless.. SHEESH! Those lyrics were downright awkward and brought shame on 80's rock, even Roughhouse wrote beter. But their sound is perfect!

you nailed it again Metalhead...I myself have had this Swedish thing going on for about 7 years at least...going to see CrashDiet in Vegas in March but I really need to see Hardcore as those guys are the shit tto me...and of course I'm gonna do a sidetrip to Sunset as always just because, but like you said, not much left of it...and I mean BV Brides???? c'mon,...I've been around too long, I'm glad people like them dont get me wrong, but it's kiddie stuff, I'm too old for that silliness!
