Tom Keifer Hospitalized, Not on Monsters of Rock Cruise

The Monsters of Rock Cruise pulled out of port yesterday without Cinderella frontman Tom Keifer. Our own Metalboy! is on the boat and he texted me this from the boat:

"Keifer is not on the boat! He's been hospitalized! They will do a supergroup hybrid of Lost Angels with Corabi and Faster Pussycat! All the other members on board."

Eddie Trunk also tweeted this:

Cinderella was set to headline the cruise, alongside Tesla.

Agreed. Hope he gets better soon.

Nice scoop Metalboy! And to think you and Trunk brought it to us. The Earth must be spinning off its axis.

Hope to see some pictures from the cruise as well as a well-worded review.

The new LA Guns guitarist was also denied entrance to the boat due to lack of documentation. Man, no LAG or Kiefer? I'd be pissed if I was there.

Just got back from the Brisbane,Kiss concert.Thin Lizzy were great, shame they had such a small stage to work on. Motley Crue, well I've seen them now.Kiss were great.First time I've seen them.Had a mechanical failure, they are old, but, still know how to put on a great show.If they come out to Australia again, I'll be there. My missus is a Motley Crue fan, who never liked Kiss, and walked out a new Kiss fan.2 hours in another world!Well worth the money!

It turned out alright. In fact, Cinderella & Friends turned out to be really kicka*s. Literally, EVERYBODY got up and helped out. It was awesome!

Highlights were McMaster from Dangerous Toys doing great impressions of Halford and Brian Johnson, plus, who knew, Jeff from Tesla could sound like a vicious cross between Bon Scott AND Vince Neil.

Oh, and Kenny O, apparently it was a lot worse than "lack of documentation" that kept L.A. Guns guitarist, Michael Grant. Still, if that's all it was, isn't that a bit of a "Spinal Tap" moment?

Do you actually mean to tell me that Lewis never asked Grant if he had his passport?

Idiots ALL!
