Epic as ever and now, with an epic video to match! Great filming, too, especially the angles simulating the effect of having been filmed through the instruments.

And, of course, those equally epic solos of Wolf Hoffman.

Did I say, "epic"? Man, I don't know how else to describe it all!

Their latest two albums have been killer! Even though they have a new lead singer, that's what got me into em. Blood Of The Nations especially. Keepin old school metal alive! Kick ass.

Oldschool?! DJ, lemme tell ya, as I'm sure Mr. Lucas will also attest, Accept play EVERY form of Metal in one show, throwing it all away, like it's nothing, laughing all the way.

When I saw them in Orlando 2 or 3 years back, they sounded like a Modern Metal band one minute, a Speed Metal band the next, just as much as they sounded like the exaggerated Priest meets AC/DC hybrid they are, except with a -- get this -- lead guitarist who technically runs circles around Tipton, Downing AND Angus Young combined!

I thought one thing after I saw them... "No note left unplayed." and I told Hoffman just that after the show.

Total Cold Stone Killers!

p.s. And didjya know Wolf Hoffman's Wife writes all the lyrics, too! My kinda woman. Why can't I find a fiancé like that?

Wolf Hoffman is one of the best guitarists on the face of the planet. To me he has an almost classical tilt to his style, very baroque style use of the modes when he's soloing, ala Blackmore,Mr. Rhodes,or Yngwie. But then listen to the solo's on something like "Kill The Pain" from Blood, and you'll hear that the man also can play with enough feeling to make you grit your teeth in appreciation. These last 2 albums have me back into Accept in a big way.Just killer songs and musicianship. And this song/vid makes me think this next one is going to keep the streak going.\M/

PS. Metalboy,I never realized that Ms. Hoffman was the lyricist! Way cool, and it keeps the songwriting royalties "in the family". Lol

Absolutely killer song! Let's not forget to give some love to Mark Tornillo. The dude is 60 years old and can still growl and scream with the best of 'em! All those years I watched TT Quick slug it out in the clubs and never get anywhere; it's nice to see that one of them finally made it.

Hear, hear, Gary.

Wow, Bob, you saw T.T. Quick in the Clubs? Dang! I've got several of their albums. Also, I got to speak with Tomillo during the meet and greet when I last saw Accept play.

Hoffman also asked him on my behalf if they would play "Midnight Mover", to which he readily agreed! Supersonic!

MB!, my good sir, before I moved to San Diego in the late 90s, I lived my whole life in Jersey. Back in the day, I saw TT Quick, no exaggeration, at least 20 times. I even saw Tornillo performing in a cover band called Big Richard. Plus I saw him jump up on stage a few times with the edgar Casey band and belt out black Sabbath covers...Aaaah, those were the days!
