Kaaboo Festival Looks Amazing

Kaaboo Festival goes down September 16-18 in Del Mar, California. There's bands and comedians and both indoor and outdoor entertainment. Aerosmith is a headliner, which is the band's only announced U.S. date for 2016 (so far at least). Other acts performing include Lenny Kravitz, Hall and Oates, Gin Blossoms and more. I wish I could go to this, but I have a work event that weekend.

Sorry to sound all trolled out but with the exception of Aerosmith and the fact that it's in San Diego, this personally doesn't do it for me.

Not to mention that I'm sure the rich snobs who live in Del Mar can't be happy that this festival is getting bigger and bigger. Seriously, Del mar residents are so uppity that they're considering paying for their own police force instead of using what is provided by the city of san Diego. also, each year at Christmas time, every other section of the city suspends its parking meter fees except Del Mar. All I'm saying is, for anyone coming to this thing, be ready to be hastled by the local residents. As a whole, San Diego is a very chill city until you get to the wealthy coastal communities like del Mar, La Jolla and Coronado.

I'd see Cypress Hill, Shovels & Rope and Aerosmith if the latter skipped all the mushy ballads (fat chance).

Oh Bob you are so right about the community it was that way even when I was there. Buried deep in the mix is some good stuff but not worth the crowd to wait it out. Orianthi and Gregg Allman. Hall and Oats would be good to see as well. I can only imaging how the community will react to the crowd from south bay and up north when they invade for all the rap acts..
