Another Glam Tour This Summer?

Sirius XM host Eddie Trunk dropped a vague tweet yesterday, promising another Glam package tour this summer. So who could be on the bill? L.A. Guns, Bulletboys, RATT, Skid Row? We already know the Bulletboys are reuniting and have announced dates. Perhaps this tour would work right into that. Who would you like to see on a four band bill to play amphitheaters? Remember, Poison is out because they are part of The Stadium Tour.

Soon another 80’s rock themed US tour will be announced. 4 band bill. Will be kind of a smaller version of Stadium Tour for amphitheater’s touring around the same time... more details when I can share. Will be interesting to see how this does when announced..

RATT for sure with ... who knows lol. Let’s go with Skid Row, Tom Keifer and Vixen. Could be Bulletboys, could be anybody that’s not already committed to a tour as there are a lot this summer!

Word going round (and round) is that is will be Ratt, LA Guns (Riley's version), Dokken, and Bulletboys

I'll go with Ratt.But not just any Ratt mind you. I'm talking Bobby Blotzers Ratt (complete with injunctions,subpoenas, a truckload of Jaeger,and a half dozen lawyer's) . Then Juan Crouciers version of Ratt, complete with choreographed spins, dips,do rags and (during the encore only)synchronized group jazz hands. Then the current Pearcy/Croucier version of Ratt will do 2 songs ( where Pearcy will robotically go through the motions until Juans bass accidentally slams him in the face during a triple lutz jump,effectively knocking out Pearcy, but,on the bright side,qualifying Juan for the 2022 Winter Olympics) And, as the headliner, Warren DeMartini doing A man,his bong,and 3 decades of asking himself "how in the blue hell did it all go off the tracks?."

Pipe Dream - but if SeaBass could somehow get back with the Skiddys and Ratt could somehow pull a American Dream makeover edition and figure that out. You could actually do a very nice line up of actually 5 bands that would move tickets.

What is the key to the success of the Mötley Crüe / Def Leppard / Poison Tour is the fact it’s the classic line-ups of all 3 bands doing the tour!

If you’re going to pull off an Amphitheater tour of the second tier bands, you gotta get ‘em back together! I suppose if the price is right, anything is possible ...
