This was fantastic news. I'll definitely be going to see them again. I saw them for the first time on the Firepower tour (their best album since Painkiller by the way) and they didn't disappoint. Rob sounded great and Faulkner did a hell of a job trying to replicate what KK used to do. My only question is who's the other guitar player for this tour? Their producer made sense last time but he's stated he is not going to be touring with them, I can't imagine they will bring KK back in the fold, although that might be the best thing from a fans perspective.

KK would help sell more tickets. But he has his own thing now with Owens and Blinks.

What I find sad is that Priest are now in this position. They had every opportunity to be in a Maiden-ish position. But KK was right. They made some odd choices and had some interesting management decisions that got them to this point.

I saw them on their last two tours. On the first they sounded winded and tired. The second they were in a bit better form. Not sure I need to see them again. Love me some Priest. But they are moving down the brackets in terms of selling power and, to my humble mind, output. But I don't begrudge them doing what they do. Still glad to have Priest around!
