Skid Row Music Featured In 'Civil War'

"Sweet Little Sister" from Skid Row's self-titled album is featured in the new movie Civil War. The movie is in theater's now. You can read about it if you click through the article linked below but there are spoilers.

I scanned the article just enough to get the Skid Row featured song because I didn't want to ruin the plot for myself. This is a big deal for Skid Row, so good for them.

Should read, "from the real skid row". They haven't been Skid Row since Bach was booted. They've barely even been a band. I think their albums sold like a hundred copies total, since Subhuman Race dropped!

Bkallday, I will help you with editing your post: "From the classic Skid Row." No one is screaming for a reunion with Fallon. They, sadly, can't have one with Bollinger. And Harnell (who seems to be in a better place) and Theart were shown their walking papers, whereas Grönwall placed health above all else (good for him).

I don't think any of us have the pedigree to suggest what is true or false when it comes to matters of opinion. Thing is, for the most part, I agree with you. But they are doing what they want and it isn't working all that well, even if many heralded the Grönwall era (how long does it take to count as an era?) and Lzzy might be a nice fresh moment for a band with lots of old paint on them. Sab is doing what he wants and it is kinda' working? As I suggested in an earlier (infrequent) post, both sides are to blame. But one side seems fine with it. The other doesn't. So, that's where we are at . . . until we are not. And then, what is it? A small cash grab? A marriage of convenience. Or, nothing at all because it never, ever, happens?

This is one of those classic exchanges between us. You say something and I actually agree with you, but not with how you say it. And you might respond too (ah, classic). But I don't anymore. Where's the fun in that? Not sure.

But, trust me. I hope you are doing great. Love to see you are still posting! All my best to you.

I will go ahead and agree with both of you, depending on the mood I'm in. But I gotta say, I'm bummed that I saw them a couple months ago in Jersey. I wish one of these later shows was around here. I think Lzzy would be great to see fronting the band!
