In Case You Want Motley Crue Hair...

I'm seeing the band live again next weekend at Rock on the Range in Columbus.
Are you ready for some new glam from Cleveland, Ohio? Switchblade Scarlett has just released some new music. Check out the tracks from Fashion Suicide, Pt. 1.
Bring on your reviews and comments. The guys in the band are ready. The word "masochism" even came up in the email I was sent alerting me to this new material.

Since this is Mother's Day week, there's no better time to post about Lita Ford's new video for the song "Mother." The song is on the album Living Like a Runaway.
"Mother" is about parental alienation. I knew Lita was divorced, but I didn't know she wasn't with her two sons with any regularity. I'm sure that's very hard for her and knowing that information makes the song pretty powerful.
"Shotgun Willie's" is on the album Elation.
Crashdiet are in a bad way right now and the band needs our help. Their manager, Michael John Sunden, recently died in a freak accident. This left the band in financial turmoil, but instead of packing it in, the guys in Crashdiet decided it would be best to continue on with their planned tour.
If you love Crashdiet like I do, you may want to help. Check it out.
By now I'm sure you know that Motley Crue guitarist Mick Mars was knocked to the ground Saturday night after a crazed fan rushed the stage during one of the band's stops in Canada.
The concert was in Estevan, Saskatchewan.
TMZ has the video of the unnamed fan smashing into Mick. Mick literally goes flying and then hits the stage. After the fan hit Mick, he charged toward Vince Neil. Security removed the guy from the stage.
All the band members left the stage to make sure Mick was okay. The show then proceeded as normal.
I can't even express how bad the hit was and we all know that Mick has a horrible bone disease. I can't directly embed the clip here (yet at least) but you can click here to view the video at TMZ.
I don't know what would possess someone to jump onto a concert stage, lunge at a performer and knock them to the ground, but then again, I don't understand a lot of things. I wish Mick well and I hope the crazed fan spends some time in jail for his actions.
