Sunday's Best: Week 47, 2022

Someone turned off the heat! It was like 19 degrees overnight here in southern Ohio. The Glam husband and I went out for dinner last night and by the time we got back to our car around 9:30, the windshield was iced over and my teeth were chattering. For real. 

At home, we've been doing many projects including making over my office and the front bedroom. We'll be redoing a hall bath and repainting the living area, too. All these things will happen over the long winter - so at least we'll have something to do.

In Glam news, Loudness has a new video and that's our Sunday's Best for this week. The band released Sunburst via earMUSIC back in July and a song on that album is "Tengoku No Tobira" (Heaven's Door).

The Japanese metal band is pretty legendary. I've never had the chance to see them live, but I would love the opportunity. Many of the songs on Sunburst are performed in Japanese, making the album even more of a unique listening experience for Glam-loving English speakers.

There's Another Heaviest Riff Video!

The video I posted yesterday was very popular for the creator and he made a new video with 13 more songs.

This time, we've got riffs from Every Mother's Nightmare, RATT, Firehouse, Loudness, KISS, Savatage and more. Probably the best inclusion on this list is "Unchained" by Van Halen. I've always thought that was an absolutely face-melter of a track.
