Sister Sin, Doro To Tour

Sister Sin and Doro are hitting the road together, today. It's pretty fitting since Sister Sin singer Liv Jagrell counts Doro as a major influence.

Brian.. I'll be hitting the Baltimore show. Don't know if you are going or not. Let me know if you wanna meet on RT.70 and ride down together if you are going.

I was planning to go to the Virginia show also.. But it is Super Bowl Sunday. If the Ravens hadn't of made The Super Bowl I would have went.. but not now.

I already have my tickets for the 2/9 show in Columbus. Soooo excited! Sister Sin is a good band. And Doro Pesch is one of those artists that I never thought I would get to see live in concert.

Damn! Wish I was seeing them kick off their tour in Tampa tonight but, as usual, no $$$ to make the 1 1/2 hour trek there and then stay over afterward.

Speaking of kick offs, I wonder if there will be anybody at that show in Baltimore. However, if you'll notice, they're going back there on March 7th, so you guys can catch them there. I will also see if my Baltimore and Annapolis Metalheads know about it.

I would be up for that but I've got to save my $$$ for my bar tab on The Monsters of Rock Cruise, hahaha!!!

An interesting curiosity about this tour. Did you notice how they visit Baltimore and Atlanta twice? How cool is that? There's an outside chance I could see 'em in Atlanta, but again, $$$!!!

Killer! I met a dude a while back who writes for Classic Rock Magazine. I had a conversation with him not too long ago, right after he interviewed DORO, and he sounded exhausted.

He said it was one of the most incredible interviews he had ever conducted. Here he was expecting some blonde airhead just cashing in on her fleeting Headbanger's Ball fame. But, au contraire!

What he discovered through the course of the interview was a dedicated, thoughtful and talented METAL artist who had just released a new album and was all business, the REAL deal and all about the music!

Enjoy the show. Wish I could see it, too, but at least I can give my Baltimore crew the heads up.

Or, is that "Head Down, Metal Horns up", as Glametal Princess Kari likes to say!
